Philippe Coutinho scored his 10th of the season to make him Liverpool ‘s leading scorer

Tottenham narrowed the margin to Premier League leaders Leicester after coming from behind to draw at Anfield.

The Foxes could open a seven-point gap with a win at Southampton on Sunday, but Spurs will be thankful for a point after Liverpool threatened throughout.

Philippe Coutinho opened the scoring after a one-two with Daniel Sturridge, who wasted a good first-half chance.

But Harry Kane struck a 22nd league goal of the season before Coutinho hit the post and fired wide late on.

Kane has now scored more goals in a Premier League campaign than any other Spurs player.
