Some of the first paying passengers on the world’s biggest cruise ship have described it as “a construction site” and a “serious risk to those on board”.
Harmony of the Seas left Southampton on Sunday, but a number of passengers have complained about closed attractions and ongoing work.
Royal Caribbean Cruises said final finishing touches are being made, but added that this was a “pre-inaugural” sailing.
The firm said that the health and safety of passengers was its primary concern.
