Uncapped Teimana Harrison will make his England debut in Sunday’s Test against Wales at Twickenham.
The Northampton forward starts at blindside flanker, while prop Ellis Genge, hooker Tommy Taylor and centre Ollie Devoto are in line to make their debuts from the bench.
Harrison’s club-mate Luther Burrell returns at inside centre for his first England appearance since last August.
Players from Premiership finalists Saracens and Exeter are not included.
England head coach Eddie Jones says the absence of those playing in Saturday’s final presents “a great opportunity to expose other players to Test rugby”.
“This will serve to strengthen the squad’s depth as we move towards the 2019 World Cup,” he added.
“We’ve picked a side we believe can beat Wales. It’s a good mixture of experienced players and youth.
“We are a young team learning our craft. Wales are an experienced team – it’ll be great test for us.”
England side to face Wales: Mike Brown, Anthony Watson, Jonathan Joseph, Luther Burrell, Marland Yarde, George Ford, Ben Youngs; Matt Mullan, Dylan Hartley, Dan Cole; Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes; Teimana Harrison, James Haskell, Jack Clifford.
Replacements: Tommy Taylor, Ellis Genge, Paul Hill, Dave Attwood, Matt Kvesic, Danny Care, Ollie Devoto Elliot Daly.
